Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email info@satori-milano.it within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with the authorized return address and instructions to follow.
Return the items according to the conditions outlined below.
Once received and approved by our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
All returns must be authorized before being shipped. Please note that our returns warehouse is located in China. Once you contact us, we will provide the full address and customs instructions.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order. Once your return has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Satori Milano offers free outbound shipping; therefore, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@satori-milano.it within 48 hours of delivery.

International Returns
We accept international returns. Our returns warehouse is located in China — please take this into account when estimating return shipping costs and delivery times.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must clearly mark the customs declaration as "Returned Goods" to avoid import duties being applied. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged to Satori Milano upon return receipt will be deducted from the refund amount.
