30-Day Return Policy
How to Initiate a Return
Please email info@satori-milano.it within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with the authorized return address and instructions to follow.
Return the product(s) according to the conditions outlined below. All returns must be shipped directly to our warehouse.
Once received and approved by our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Note: Returns must be authorized before being shipped.
Return Requirements

With all original tags attached

Returned in the original packaging
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order. Once your return has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Satori Milano offers free outbound shipping; therefore, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@satori-milano.it within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
International Returns
We accept international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must clearly mark the customs declaration as "Returned Goods."
Any customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees charged to Satori Milano upon receipt of the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
